One of the best F1 seasons ever! Very annoying with Jonathan Woss doing the commentwy, Senna wins at home in a wet weather wace. But it was a good year. There may have not been any of the collisions when Senna and Prost were team-mates but had a close battle for the title. It's a little rushed though. Not the best F1 review video ever made but definatly not the worst. A must have for any senna fan. Shows Senna's fantastic drives at Brazil and Donington in the rain as well as Damon Hill's hatrick of victories in Hungary,Spa and Monza and Alain Prost's fourth and final championship title. The video is let down by poor sound quality and i don't think Jonathan Ross is the best narrator for a Formula 1 video.But still a good video for the true F1 fan and contains good on-board camera footage,especially ... Overall opinion, it is suitable for f1 fans who have followed the sport for years and have many memories of it. In 1993 anyone could be champ, the racing was closer and the crashs were more spectaculer. Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost were the stars but not forgotting Damon Hill or Michael Schumacher. The commentary was not too good as Jonathan Ross gets on your nerves after all of 20 seconds, but other than that well worth buying.
Rating: - fantastic action from a fantastic season
All the Action from F1's finest drivers champions and future champions battle it out. The one thing I have to say is how annoying this video is with Jonathan Woss doing the commentwy. Pwost wins the wet weather wace. How on Earth did he get the job doing commentory on one of the finest sports in the world. annoying throughout, but persevere to watch a classic season.
Rating: - The best F1 review?
This was a classic season. Sennas final full year in F1 and probably his best. He fought for the championship in an inferior underpowered car and the season includes his finest GP (and possibly the best GP of all time) - the Donington Park race in the pouring rain (I know, I was there) where he took 4 cars on the first lap to lead and won by getting on for a lap. The races get some excellent coverage and the video footage and picture quality is superb. Get it now.
